On March 2nd, 2016, the Faculty of Food Technology supported the Vietnam Association Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) to successfully organize the Propak 2016 with the topic "New improvements and safety updates in food processing technology and packaging”.
Lecturers have been the core support team for VAFoST in organizing. They also participate as speakers of the conference.

The topic of this seminar is "New improvements and safety updates in food processing technology, and packaging”. It presented and discussed the innovations in food processing and packaging including food safety management systems, ionization technology in bottled water manufacturing, and new trends in packaging design.
