This biennial event is held on May 16 and May 17, 2018 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Happening at the same time of this exhibition is a seminar on ingredients for innovations with the topic “Food Innovations with health focus for growing economies”. The seminar is organized by the Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) and the young lecturers of FFT.
The speakers of the seminar include experts and doctors in the field of the food technology from the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) and many universities in Vietnam.
