Vietnam Food Engineering Symposium (VFES) of ProPak Vietnam 2018 is an annual conference organized by the Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) in collaboration with the Food Technology Faculty of Saigon Technology University. This event took place at the SECC International Convention Center on March 21st, 2018.
