Training News Troy University STU Campus held the New Academic Year Opening Ceremony on October 13, 2012 to welcome freshmen of Intake 13. Distinguished guests, parents, faculty, and students were in the hall beautifully decorated with colorful flowers. All were eager waiting for the start of the ceremony.
The appearance of Prof. Dr. DAO VAN LUONG, President of Saigon Technology University, on the stage attracted the audience attention. In an easy manner and clear voice, he made the atmosphere of the hall become friendly and warm. Prof. Luong reminded the students of the educational motto of UNESCO: Learn to Know, Learn to Do and Learn to Get Along with Others. Besides, he also praised the achievements of ITPC in its training task. His interesting talk received enthusiastic applause.

Dr. TRUONG QUANG MUI, Chairman of STU Board of Management, attended the ceremony showing his great concern to the activities of ITPC.
The great moment came when Dr. LE HIEP TUYEN, Vice- President of STU and Director of ITPC, beat the drum to announce the start of the new academic year 2012 – 2013. The sound of the drum made everybody excited.
Other events alternated the program of the opening ceremony: the presentation of awards and certificates of merits to excellent students, musical performances, the self introduction of members of Sunshine Club, Special Ace Club, etc.

Some light food and soft drinks were served while all the guests enjoyed the good music and the beautiful voice of student singers.
The joyful opening ceremony of the new academic year 2012 – 2013 marked the favorable start for the educational and training task of Troy University STU Campus.
