On 29/09/2011, receiving the invitation of STU President, the delegation of Laguna State Polytechnic University – LSPU including Prof. Dr. Ricardo A. Wagan – Honored President and Dr Rector. Nestor M. De Vera – president led to visit and work with the delegation of STU including the leaders: Dr. Truong Quang Mui – Chairman, and Prof. Dr. Dao Van Luong – President.

After learning and discussing on the strength of each other, representatives of two schools have agreed to sign this memorandum to establish the relationship between the two parties in the field of international cooperation and training.

Because of  the warm welcome and cordial of STU leaders, the LSPU delegation was very touched and sent STU leaders a respectful invitation to visit and work  at LSPU in the nearest time to proceed with specific guidance agreement and reach a signed cooperation between the two schools.
