On 16/07/2012, the committee of Green Summer Campaign 2012 of Saigon Technology University sparked Green Summer Campaign 2012. In the morning of 16.07.2012, at the STU school yard, the committee of Green Summer campaign 2012 celebrated the start of the campaign, it officially begins from the date 16/07/2012 to 12/08/2012.

Attending  the ceremony, there were  the presence Mr. Pham Van Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of City Students' Union, Member of the Committee for the Campaign; Dr. Truong Quang Mui - Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of the School Board; Dr. Do Dao Hai -  the Head of Constructing Technology Faculty; MA. Trinh Ngoc An - Chairman of University Union; Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuong – Deputy Manager of Student Department; Mr.  Nguyen Ngoc Linh – Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Association, and the others from the Executive Committee of Union - Union of Students and  346 soldiers participating  in Green Summer Campaign 2012.
At the ceremony, Mr. Quach Trieu An - Vice Chairman Permanent School Student Association, vice-commandant of the permanent campaign on behalf of the Committee stated the contents of the campaign, thoroughly understand the key contents as well as rules and mode of living of the soldiers.
Soldier Nguyen Quoc Dinh Quyen - propaganda Team District 8, on behalf of the soldiers told emotions and promised to complete the task that the campaign leaders proposed.
On behalf of the school leaders, Dr. Truong Quang Mui - Party Secretary - Chairman of the School Board said the school direct, assigned tasks to group the Committee for the campaign and all the soldiers. He also noted that in addition to ensuring that the content of work, to fulfill the proposed tasks. Committee for the campaign and the soldiers had to ensure absolute safety in all aspects of the activities of the campaign.
After that the delegates sent the campaign commanders and soldiers the scraves to show love and trust.
On behalf of the school authorities and Committee for the City, Dr. Truong Quang Mui and Mr. Pham Van Linh gave the Permanent Campaign Committee the campaign flag.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh – the commander dispatched troops to spark Green Summer Campaign in 2012 of Saigon Technology University.
After the military ceremony, the standing soldiers of Hoc Mon and Can Gio front were in the car moving there, ensuring tasks during the campaign.
Propaganda team specializes in food safety and epidemic diseases at Pham The Hien Market - Ward 4, District 8. Professional environment teams continue to participate in cleaning out the flow at Ba Ca canal, District 8
