Introduction of Food Engineering Laboratory

The food engineering laboratory (FE Lab) belongs to the FFT’s laboratory system and equipped with professional equipment for studying the fundamental courses. 

In the food engineering and manufacturing field, the technological processes are operated with equipment. Therefore, students are required to apply the theoretical knowledge into the practical operation and approach the model of food processing equipment.



The courses teach at FE Lab are Practice of Food Engineering 1 and 2, and with these courses, students able to conduct experiments, collect, analyze data, and operate the models of food processing equipment. Furthermore, FE Lab cooperated with other laboratories in the system to assist the research of scientific applications.
