As part of a series of activities at the Fi Vietnam 2015, UBM Asia co-operated with Faculty of Food Technology STU and Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) to organize the competition “Young Achievers’ Safe Food Award” (YASFA 2015).
As part of a series of activities at the Fi Vietnam 2015, UBM Asia co-operated with Faculty of Food Technology of Saigon Technology University and Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) to organize the competition “Young Achievers’ Safe Food Award” (YASFA 2015).
The products submitted are evaluated by the judge panel consisting of experts and scientists such as Prof. Dr. Luu Dzuan – Vice Chairman of VAFoST, Mr. Ly Truong Chien – Chairman of Tri Tri Group, Former Chief Marketing Officer of Unilever, Dr. Hoang Kim Anh – Vice Dean of Food Technology Faculty – STU, MSc. Tran Trong Vu – Director of Uu Viet Company, Food Technology Expert.

Twenty excellent teams who made the final round came from nine universities in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, and there were four STU’s student teams. The final round held on May 20th, 2015, at STU, and the result announced at the main stage of Fi Vietnam Exhibition.
