As part of a series of activities at Fi Vietnam International Exhibition 2016, the annual contest for the food technology students was organized by the STU FFT. The “Young Achievers’ Safe Food Award” (YASFA 2016) has received attention from experts as well as universities in the region.

Namely, there were two groups of STU FFT’s students who excelled in the Top 12 products to compete in the Final Round. Product “Marshmallow Grapefruit peel” of STU FFT’s students has won the First Prize of the contest.
