Introduction

The leading person is the President who fully represents for the University in society and legal matters. The President was appointed by the agreement from University Council under appointing decisions from the Ministry of Education and Training.

At present, the President at Sai Gon Technology University is Assoc. Prof. Dr Cao Hao Thi. After reaching an agreement with the University Council , the President appointed Assoc. Prof. Dr Hoang Kim Anh as Vice Presidents, who was recognized by the Ministry of Education & Training. The Vice President work under the President’s direction. On behalf of the President, The Vice President operate and take responsibility for some of the President’s assigned duties.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Hào Thi, the President of Saigon Technology University (STU), is a distinguished leader with a strong background in academic excellence and innovative vision. As the head of the university, he has been instrumental in driving STU's mission to cultivate talented individuals and foster technological advancement.
