Introduction

University Council

The University Council of Saigon Technology University (STU) serves as the governing body, representing the interests of investors and other stakeholders. The Council is responsible for formulating and implementing the institution's strategies and development plans; establishing and enacting the organizational and operational regulations of the university; determining policies on admissions, program development, and training partnerships; overseeing scientific research, international cooperation, and corporate collaborations; and making decisions on quality assurance, organizational structure, salary policies, recruitment, and tuition fees, among other duties as mandated by law.

The University Council for the 2024–2029 term consists of 11 members, representing investors, internal and external stakeholders, and the President of the University. The Council is chaired by Dr. Ngô Thị Thu Thủy, the current Chair for the 2024–2029 term.
