The Practice Course -Food Microbiology for classes C09 and TP08 will be conducted on Monday, November 8th 2010 with the following schedule:

Session 1: General microbiology
Session 2: General microbiology + microbiology for application
Session 3: Microbiological criteria in food
Session 4: Microbiological criteria in food
Notes:
           - Students must read the material before practice class
           - Do not use practice materials in the lab.
           - Read laboratory regulations thoroughly.
