Graduates will be able to apply general, fundamental and specialized knowledge in food technology, food engineering and food management to create highly nutritious products that are safe and consistent with consumers’ preferences.


Graduates will be able to think creatively, to analyse and solve problems, to demonstrate leadership, and to perform teamwork in the fields of product development, food production, and food management and services. They will also be able to participate in further education to improve their professional qualification.


Graduates will have a high level of expertise, good ethical qualities, a vocational spirit, and responsibilities for their work.
