Overview:
As a trading company, SASE has OEM factories in Vietnam producing both raw seafood and added value seafood products to sell to SASE’s key accounts in Korea. Our OEM factories have RD, QA and QC staffs. SASE is the biggest importing company in Korea in terms of value-added chicken and shrimp products.

Job description:
- Responsible for control and manage food quality risks in the process line by giving direction to the QC staffs in OEM factories.
- Responsible for arrange shipping schedule
- Responsible for support in new products development and manage samples to be delivered to Korea
- Responsible for updating product price weekly
- Language exchange: Teach Vietnamese Language to Korean manager.
- Support in other coordinator tasks: Administration, accountant, etc.

Job requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Food science and technology, biotechnology, chemistry or related areas
- Food passion and experience in QC department or seafood industry. Fresh-graduate is also welcomed and trained.
- Good command in English, able to use Korean is a plus
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh City but willing to go for business trip (Nha Trang, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai , Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Vung Tau, etc.)
- Able to recognize which potential manufactures to produce our products and making improvement for process line to harmonize with SASE’s international quality requirement.
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
- Laptop is provided

The person will not work alone for this job description. We are looking for the person who can support the Korean Manager and can manage the suppliers.
