The Food Science Laboratory is one of the six important laboratories of the FFT.
In the Food Science laboratory, students are equipped with the necessary knowledge about chemistry, biochemistry, food analysis, as well as skills to analyze chemical, physical, and chemical properties of foods. Machinery and equipment are full and modern so that the laboratory can serve scientific teaching and researches.
The Food Science Laboratory always build the best conditions for scientific research activities of lecturers and students. This is also one of the places that have effectively supported research for projects at the departmental-level, school-level, and ministerial level with good results.
