The product from the research on processing the dragon fruit concentrate has received the the attention of nutrition experts and scientific journalists. Dragon fruits are low-price agricultural material, and they have potential to develop into high-quality products.
Group of FFT’s senior students (Nguyễn Châu Hải Yến, Phạm Quốc Thành, Huỳnh Thụy Phương) with their instructor (MSc. Ngô Trịnh Tắc Đạt) had successfully processed the dragon fruit concentrate product. This research not only utilized the potential agricultural material, but also took advantage of natural colorants in the by-product (dragon fruits’ peel) to put into the final product.
