Group of FFTâs senior students (Nguyá» n ChĂąu HáșŁi Yáșżn, PháșĄm Quá»c ThĂ nh, Huỳnh ThỄy PhÆ°ÆĄng) with their instructor (MSc. NgĂŽ Trá»nh TáșŻc ÄáșĄt) had successfully processed the dragon fruit concentrate product. This research not only utilized the potential agricultural material, but also took advantage of natural colorants in the by-product (dragon fruitsâ peel) to put into the final product. Â
