Visiting Professor

Faculty of Food Technology organized the academic seminar and Speakers are Prof. Jeahan Kim and his PhD student, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Tuyen – Food Nutrition Faculty, National Chungnam University, Korea. This seminar was held to improve and update knowledge for FFT’s students and lecturers.

There were two topics in this seminar: 

1. "The application of MS technique in food nutrition and biology” by Prof. Jaehan Kim 
2. "Complete analysis of the functional breast milk composition of women in Asia area” by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Tuyên, PhD student
    

Through these two topics, students and lecturers not only had the exciting discussion but also updated new knowledge in food nutrition.
