In order to consolidate knowledge and update the situation of market for the 4th year students, The Faculty Executive Board with Asia Shine Company has organized the seminars to introduce new ingredients used in food processing industry. Asia Shine Company is the distributor of ingredients to produce food, health dietary supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and especialty chemicals for leading corporations in the world.

During the period from October 14th to 25th, 2019, students who are studying the Product Development course had participated in 3 seminar which were presented by Mr. Tran Ngoc Huy - Technical Sales Officer of the Asia Shine company. The content of seminars introduced to students the current food trends in the world and the application of some new materials, naturally sourced ingredients used in some product lines such as cakes, soft drinks, milk, sauces, and meat products.
