Recruitment information from Faculty Alumni Association:
1. QC technician: checking the quality of vegetables, fruits
Specific works:
- Checking the input quality of vegetables and fruits in accordance with the current standards that company is applying.
- Monitoring the quality of vegetables and fruits in the process of import, export.
- Evaluating the rate of loss on poor quality goods and inform the warehouse.
- Recording results of evaluation, storage, and reporting.
- Testing the samples periodically
Requirements:
- Graduated in Food Technology.
- Experience in similar positions.
Working conditions:
- Shift work: daytime shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (3 weeks), night shift: 8:00 - 04:00 (1 week)
- Working place: Vinh Loc Industrial Park (02 staffs) and Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park (02 staffs).
2. Supermarket QC technicians: checking the quality of goods of the supermarket
Specific works:
- Training and guiding knowledge of food safety and hygiene for the staff of supermarkets.
- Checking the implementation of regulations related to food safety and hygiene, controling product quality at supermarkets.
- Accomplishing tasks according to job requirements in accordance with direct manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ engineer or higher degree in food technology, biology, chemistry, quality management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000: 2005
3. Supplier QA staff: controling the quality of suppliers
Specific works:
- Ensuring that goods purchased from suppliers have correct quality and they are recorded in accordance with the law of the government.
- Setting standards for all food products purchased from suppliers.
- Proposing criteria for quality control department at the warehouse.
- Accomplishing tasks according to job requirements in accordance with direct manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ engineer or higher degree in food technology, biology, chemistry, quality management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO2200: 2005, Viet GAP .
